Help us resolve your request faster

To help us handle your request in the best conditions, you can include the following information when relevant:

  • the email address associated with your Scubbl account;
  • the type of device used;
  • your operating system;
  • the app version if you know it;
  • a precise description of the issue encountered;
  • any useful screenshot;
  • the steps needed to reproduce the issue.

The more complete your request is, the faster and more precise our response can be.

Account deletion

Whenever possible, account deletion should be requested directly from the app so we can verify that the request comes from the account holder.
