Payments and invoicing

These terms of sale apply to Scubbl paid subscriptions, including Premium and Club plans. By subscribing, you accept these contractual provisions.

Subscriptions are available monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled before renewal. Included features are described in the app and may evolve to improve the service.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or mobile stores. Prices are shown with applicable taxes when relevant. No full card number is stored on our servers. An invoice or receipt is available after each payment.

Right of withdrawal

Cancellation and refunds

If you live in the European Economic Area and subscribe online, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right unless you requested immediate execution of the digital service.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or through the relevant store. Paid amounts remain due for the current period; refunds may be granted in case of proven technical issues.

Suspension and fraud

In case of non-payment, fraud, or terms violations, we may suspend access to paid features. Promotions and trial periods are subject to the conditions displayed at subscription time and may be changed or removed.
