How to request deletion

You can delete your Scubbl account at any time. Deletion removes your main personal data and related content, except data we must retain for legal obligations (billing, security).

• From the app or website, open your account settings.

• Select “Delete my account” and confirm your identity if requested.

• Or send a request to privacy@scubbl.com from the email address linked to your account.

Deleted and retained data

Timeline and anonymization

Deleted: profile, preferences, published content (where possible), activity history, and location settings. Temporarily retained: security logs and billing data required for legal or accounting obligations.

Deletion is completed within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days. Content that cannot be removed immediately is anonymized. You will receive confirmation once completed.
